Start the morning quite earlier to catch the views of the Himalayan range of peaks. A short drive of less than an hour to reach the foothills of Chandragiri cable car station. Ride on the comfort of a nice and pleasant seated cable car for a short joy ride to the top of Chandragiri Hill Station.
On reaching relax and get refreshed within the clean mountain air overlooking the grand spectacular panorama of Himalayan peaks. Having time to browse around the park and having refreshments or lunch in a nice restaurant.
After a glorious morning with fantastic views of Kathmandu city and Himalayan peaks, return on the same route. Drive back to Kathmandu, time permitting interested people can visit the old Swayambhunath Stupa, one of the landmarks of Nepal.
